Job Summary and Responsibilities

The Therapist provides patient care, including evaluating patients for treatment, directing and administering the care plan upon referral from the physician, consulting with other health care disciplines to coordinate therapeutic programs and discharge planning, instructing patients and caregivers in home program exercises and functional activities, and assisting with patient program management while delivering quality patient services.

Job Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
  • Internship or rotation in an appropriate clinical setting
  • Licensed to practice occupational therapy in Arizona (OT:

    AZ)
  • Certified Lymphedema Therapist (LTC) within 6 months; or licensed OT willing to obtain LTC within 6 months
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support
  • Computer skills
Preferred
  • 2+ years progressive clinical experience performing patient care
  • Experience using electronic health records
