✨ Weekly Pay – Reliable paychecks every Friday.
✨ Consistent Schedule – Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM.

✨ Growth-Focused Onboarding – Your first 90 days are an introductory period designed to provide training, support, and performance feedback.
✨ Growth-Focused Onboarding – A formal 90-day performance review will be completed to determine continued employment and confirm long-term fit.

• Experience in HCBS coordination, case management, group home leadership, or direct support.
• A genuine passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Familiarity with Arizona's DDD system, programs, and service models.
• Strong case management abilities-advocacy, documentation, interviewing, and family communication.
• Clear, professional communication skills-it is essential that you are comfortable interacting with DSPs and families in person, by phone, through text, and via email. As a representative of Endeavor HCBS, professionalism, clarity, and respect must be consistently demonstrated in every interaction.
• Understanding of confidentiality requirements (HIPAA).
• Comfort with technology (Apple devices, Google Workspace).
• Valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to pass CPS and APS registry checks.
