• 24 months of role experience, with some in the last 12 months.
• At least 24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience.

• Arizona license or compact license.
• May require floating to additional units and locations.
• Travel only; local not allowed. Must live >50 miles from facility.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• 12 months between Staff at Program:
  Medical Solutions Plus Program - (AZ) Common Spirit Health.
• 12 months between Per Diem at Program:
  Medical Solutions Plus Program - (AZ) Common Spirit Health.
• Pre‑employment modules may be required. Upload certifications and health documents to your profile.

• One year of ICU and one year of PCU/Medical Surgery experience, especially in larger facilities.
• RNs required to titrate drips: sedation, vasopressors, insulin.
• RNs must read the EKG strips.
• RNs must take 12‑lead EKG.

• Pass dysrhythmia exam within two attempts prior to signing contract; 80% score required.
• Multi Care Unit level of care within unit for all three acuities; no floating between units.
• Ratios: ICU 1:2, PCU 1:4, MST 1:5‑6, if no nurse aid for 1:3 primary care.

• Weekend requirement: every other weekend, Friday and Saturday nights.
• Holiday rotation to distribute holidays fairly.
• Call/standby requirement: rotates standby turns when low census.

• Float to West Campus in Prescott for ICU & PCU to maintain competency.
• Full med surg team 1:5; could go to pediatrics for adult assignment.
• Float to west ICU/PCU with two‑hour notice.
• First to float.

• Facility holidays: 01/01/2025, 11/27/2025, 12/25/2025. One holiday allowed off.
• Start assignment restriction: 14 days.
• 1 reference from last 3 years (any reference type) required.
• 1 reference from last 12 months (Charge/Lead reference type) required.
• Driver’s license required.

• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support.
• Basic Life Support.
