Job Overview

, and Triscuit by stocking, maintaining, and changing display setups.

• Represent Mondelēz to in‑store employees and collaborate with the sales representative to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Conduct in‑store visits following Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including photographing displays at assigned stores.
• Ensure Nabisco brands are well stocked and maintained per Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Verify that the sales representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are followed, and communicate any issues to Mondelēz management.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales through seasonal displays and new product launches.
• Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• At least 18 years old and possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Self‑motivated, professional, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle to multiple store locations; mileage reimbursed.
• Familiarity with downloading and using work‑related applications on a personal device.
• Capable of performing hard work in a fast‑paced environment, including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs (occasionally pushing/pulling over 50 lbs).
• Prior retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Prescott, AZ (primary location);
  Prescott Valley, AZ is also acceptable.
• Open availability, including weekends and holidays, with a 6:00 A.M. start time. Schedules may change based on business needs.

• Hourly compensation: $16.00 – $17.50 based on experience.
