Boot Barn is seeking a Retail Inventory Control Specialist (RICS) to manage all inbound/outbound inventory, ensure stock accuracy, and keep the stock room clean and organized. The role supports a positive customer experience by guaranteeing shelves are stocked to meet sales goals and by enforcing company standards on receipt, tagging and signage.
As the store expert, you will train the sales team on inventory procedures, achieve UPH targets, and uphold federal, state and company policies.
