This position earns a competitive incentive‑based wage of $15 – $25 per hour based on the number of materials installed. As a Batting Insulation Installer, you create a barrier of comfort between the living space and the outside elements. Each day, you receive your work orders, load the necessary equipment, and travel to the job site. You prepare for the installation by setting up the needed equipment and clearing the site of any objects that could get in the way. Safety is your top priority and you are committed to protecting yourself and everyone around you.

You perform air infiltration detailing, then hand‑install insulation using envelope theory. To ensure high‑quality work, you install caulk, foam, stops, chutes, and blockers where needed. To finish your work, you clean the job site and return all equipment to the truck in an organized manner. Throughout the day, you enjoy communicating with your team members and other tradesmen. You feel great about the work you do to keep people warm in their homes and other buildings.

• Ability to pass a pulmonary and respiratory physical
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English
• High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year of related experience preferred but not required
• Knowledge of construction and insulation blowing machines a plus
• Independent and strong team player
• Passionate about safety, problem‑solving skills, professionalism, respect, strong interpersonal and communication skills

This full‑time position typically works a range of 40–55 hours per week.
