JARS Cannabis is seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering cannabis products to our customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner. This role is vital in ensuring our customers receive their products with the highest level of service.
Pay$16‑18/hr + shared tip pool
Schedule4 days on, 10‑hour shifts with 3 days off. Shifts are 11am‑9:30pm.
Key Responsibilities- Safely deliver cannabis products to customers' designated locations.
- Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with state and local cannabis regulations.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and records.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle any customer inquiries or issues during delivery.
- Ensure all deliveries are conducted in a professional and respectful manner.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding delivery operations.
- Assist with other duties as needed, including inventory management and packaging.
- Must be 25 years of age or older.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Vehicle and company insurance provided but must complete MVR check before hire.
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs and handle packages safely.
- Familiarity with local roads and GPS systems.
- A valid Facility Agent Card is not required but highly preferred!
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Prior experience in delivery or courier services is a plus.
