Front Desk/Receptionist, Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Full-Time | In-Person | $17–$19 per hour
Fann Contracting, Inc., a trusted Prescott family‑owned business for over 60 years, is seeking an energetic and reliable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment
, enjoys helping others, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of customer service experience is required.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a driving record that supports the ability to operate a company vehicle.
- One year of Administrative Assistant/Front Desk experience.
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
- Some schedule flexibility appreciated
- Professionally answer and direct incoming calls
- Greet clients, guests, and employees
- Manage documents including scanning, logging, distributing, and filing
- Assist team members with a variety of administrative tasks
- Use Mac computers and Excel efficiently
- Multi‑task, organize, and prioritize daily responsibilities
- Solve problems effectively with a “get things done” attitude
- Communicate clearly with strong verbal and written skills
- Work independently while maintaining attention to detail
- Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and an engaging presence with clients
- Take initiative as a responsive team player in a fast‑paced setting
- Adapt to last‑minute changes as needed
- Use company vehicle for errands and supply pickups
- Maintain strong attendance and punctuality
