Patient Population: Adult
Setting: Inpatient, Infusion Center, and Wound Clinic
Responsibilities: Inpatient consultations, IVIg orders, referral review, and in-office wound care
Required Procedures: In-office dressing changes, wound care, IVIg orders
EMR System: Cerner
Support Staff: 1 MA, 1 front office staff
Days Per Month: Full-Time
On-Call/Weekends: N/A
Submission Requirements:
Board Certification or Board Eligibility Required
AZ License or IMLC with LOQ in hand Required
Residency/Fellowship Required
DEA & Clean Malpractice Required
