Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, hands‑on learning activities tailored to aviation and business contexts.
- Prepare syllabi, instructional materials, and assessments that meet academic standards.
- Coordinate and facilitate class sessions that promote active student involvement.
- Develop and evaluate student performance in alignment with course objectives.
- Master’s degree with at least 18 graduate hours in aviation management, business administration, or a closely related field.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sensitivity to academic and cultural diversity.
- Proficiency in using classroom technologies, online resources, and computer applications.
- Previous teaching experience, preferably in aviation or business‑related subjects.
- Industry experience in aviation management or a related field.
- Experience designing and delivering courses that combine aviation and business principles.
- Commitment to fostering student success in a diverse and inclusive learning environment.
