CT Technologist II at Dignity Health, Yavapai Regional Medical Center.

• Performs CT scans based on current protocols and radiologist recommendations, including Trauma/ER, perfusions, routine body, routine neuro, cardiac and interventional procedures.
• Uses good radiation safety practices for patients, self and others, applying ALARA on every exam.
• Displays competency performing procedures, follows National Patient Safety Goals for patient identification, hand hygiene and universal precautions, and consistently produces high quality diagnostic exams.
• Accurately enters, selects and/or merges the correct patient identification information on the scanner and in PAC system.
• Accurately and proficiently performs work‑ups, such as perfusions & reconstructions, on the 3‑D workstation.
• Accurately and thoroughly completes hospital/department specific forms per protocol, completes exams in Radnet, and completes incident reports/extravasations forms and patient contrast information forms.

• Completion of an approved American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) or equivalent approved Radiologic Technologist Program.
• Basic Life Support – CPR.
• Registered Technologist Radiography ARRT and Registered Technologist Computed Tomography.
• Three years of CT experience (preferred).
