Human Edge Health is seeking an experienced Travel PT to join a collaborative rehab team in Prescott, Arizona. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive setting while exploring the beauty of Northern Arizona.

Position Details:

• 13-week contract

• Monday–Friday day schedule

• 32 hours guaranteed/week

• Outpatient caseload

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited PT program

• Arizona PT license required for submission (or must have already applied with ETA for approval)

• Current BLS certification

• Minimum 1 year of professional PT experience preferred
