• Collaborate with Operations to determine staffing needs and develop relationships with external organizations
• Create and implement targeted recruitment strategies to attract candidates from various sources
• Utilize multiple recruiting channels to identify and recruit qualified candidates
• Attend job fairs and recruiting events to promote open positions and company culture
• Conduct presentations to local organizations about employment opportunities and benefits

• Minimum of two years of experience in recruitment and selection processes
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent;
  Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• Strong communication, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt and support organizational growth with a strategic mindset
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Advanced social media skills for both organic and sponsored recruiting advertising
• Experience in presenting to groups and engaging effectively with community organizations
• Strong interviewing skills and a resourceful approach to recruitment challenges
• Energetic personality with a passion for making a positive impact
