• Maintain communication with potential candidates throughout the recruitment process

• Two years of experience in recruitment/selection and related employment law practices
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Strong communication, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills and a good work ethic

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent HR Generalist work
• Advanced social media skills for both organic and sponsored recruiting advertising
• Comfortable and confident speaking in front of groups
• Strategic thinking and ability to overcome objections
• Energetic and magnetic personality with strong networking abilities
