• Collaborate with Operations to understand and fulfill staffing needs
• Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to attract candidates from various sources
• Attend recruiting events and job fairs to promote open positions and build relationships
• Conduct presentations to local organizations and candidates about employment opportunities and company culture
• Maintain ongoing communication with potential candidates throughout the recruitment process

• Minimum of two years of experience in recruitment/selection and related employment law practices
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent educational background
• Strong communication, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt and be flexible to support organizational growth
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent HR Generalist work
• Advanced social media skills for both organic and sponsored recruiting advertising
• Comfortable and confident speaking in front of groups
• Strong interviewing skills and ability to build rapport with candidates
• Resourceful with excellent networking abilities
