Job DescriptionStarting wage is based on experience and shift. In addition to a base wage, every associate is eligible for quarterly profit sharing. Various shifts are available and off shifts include additional shift differential pay.

A Production Associate is responsible for front‑line production needs. Basic to complex machine operation is required, including CNC turning and milling machines and assembly work. Visual alertness, hand dexterity, and attention to detail are necessary. The ideal candidate must be flexible and adaptable to changes in assignments and be willing to work overtime and occasionally on Saturdays, if required.
Preferred SkillsPrevious machine operator or high‑volume, medium‑mix manufacturing environment experience.
QualificationsHigh school diploma preferred but not required. Motivated candidates with a willingness to learn will receive on‑the‑job training.
Physical DemandsAssociates are frequently required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, and reach with hands and arms. The position can involve sitting, walking, and lifting up to 40 pounds several times throughout the day. Job is performed standing all day and requires substantial movement and motion of walking, bending, lifting, grasping, and applying pressure with the fingers and palms.
RequirementsYou must be a minimum of 18 years old and be able to pass both a background and drug screen.
Compensation & BenefitsAnnual salary: $36,700.00. Quarterly profit sharing is based on company profits earned for the quarter. Employees may view earnings statements on the Ruger investor relations website.
