Experience:

2+ years CVICU required
RTO: < 7 days | No holiday requests
Radius Rule: 50 miles; cannot have worked (FT/PT/PRN) with Common Spirit/CHI/Dignity in past 1 year
Unit: 12 beds | Ratios 1:1–1:2 (acuity-based)

Certifications:

BLS, ACLS

Required Skills:

IABP, CRRT, fresh open-heart (OHS) from OR, titrating drips
Drips:
Dex, Propofol, Dopamine, Neo, Epi, Levo, Insulin, Cardene
Equipment:
Vents, BiPAP, CPAP, Vapotherm, HiFlow | Nihon Kohden (in-room only)
Monitoring: RNs read strips | No monitor techs | RTdepartment-based)

Schedule:

12-hr shifts (7–7)
Weekends: 2 weekend shifts per pay period (not guaranteed EOW)
