They support local communities through the TCC Gives program, offering 16 paid volunteer hours per year, grant requests up to $10,000 per quarter, and participation in company‑supported initiatives such as School Rocks Backpack Giveaway, Teachers Rock, Rescues Rock, and Rock the Pantry.

• Average Salary: $55-65,000 per year

• Passionate customer advocate with the desire to assist, advise and educate customers on wireless products and services.
• Drive sales and customer satisfaction, focusing on the value to all customers.
• Conduct calls to customers seeking to learn more about our products and services.
• Maintain excellent communication skills and stay connected through company resources.
• Perform operational procedures, including store opening and closing responsibilities.
• Be ambitious, self‑driven, and motivated by retail sales milestone goals.
• Balance customer experience and performance goals effectively.
• Attend and complete all required training and meetings for development.
• Engage in community giveback through volunteer events, donations, grants and more.
• Maintain a positive attitude, engage with energy, and contribute equally.

• At least a high school diploma.
• Ability to work guaranteed full‑time hours.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation; ability to work in multiple locations.
• Frequent standing and ability to stand, sit, walk, bend for extended periods; lift up to 10 pounds.
• Ability to travel approximately 10% based on business needs.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
