We are currently interviewing for part‑time sales positions with an option to work more. Our reps interact with customers, sell American‑made Cutco products, set appointments, deliver easy and fun presentations, and enter orders online. They receive a great starting base pay that is not based on results, with an option to earn more based on commissions, paid weekly.
Position Details
Reps are paid weekly – base or commission, whichever is higher for the week. $20.00 base‑appt, not based on sales. Commission structure is based on performance, not tenure. There is an opportunity to make more, but a fallback exists for reps to earn an income even in an off week.
Solid Training
We've been training people to do well for over 40 years. Even if someone does not stay long term, the sales, networking, and communication skills they build are valuable in any field.
Flexible Scheduling
We help our reps create a schedule that works best for them. Some work as much as possible, some look to work on winter break, while others choose a super part‑time schedule around full‑time jobs, vacations, classes, finals, or family obligations.
Location
Reps work locally after training. Meetings and training are held in the office.
Advancement
Reps who work here long term (even if part time) have opportunities to move along several paths, including management and career sales professional.
Basic Requirements
- Enjoy working with people
- All ages eighteen plus or seventeen and a high school graduate
- Conditions apply
- Able to interview within the next 7‑10 days
- Willing to learn and apply new skills
People who have done well with us in the past have had experience in other part‑time jobs – admin, retail, fast food, cashier, administrative assistant, receptionist, office work, server, landscaping, and in just about any field.
