As a Business Development representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence by engaging directly with national and regional home builders and multi-family contractors and developers. This position requires a driven individual with a proven track record in sales and a strong understanding of the home building/construction industry in Nevada.

• Develop and maintain relationships with national and regional home builders to promote PJD.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and prospecting.
• Maintain bid logs with monthly presentations and market analysis to management.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and builder association meetings to network and represent the company.

• Proven experience in sales, with a focus on selling directly to national and regional home builders in Las Vegas, Nevada.
• Strong understanding of the home building industry, including trends, and customer needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, consistent, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
