We are seeking a dependable, skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at a luxury apartment community. This position is responsible for maintaining the property to a high standard while providing excellent service to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete resident service requests and apartment repairs promptly and professionally.
- Prepare vacant apartments for new move-ins, including repairs, touch-ups, and inspections.
- Perform general plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and carpentry repairs.
- Maintain common areas, amenities, grounds, and building systems.
- Assist with preventative maintenance and property inspections.
- Respond to emergency/on-call maintenance needs as scheduled.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service to residents and team members.
