OverviewDrive a dry van trailer carrying freight across the United States with 100% no‑touch freight. Work within all 48 states and take your pet on the road with our Team Pet Policy. Pay ranges from $1,340 to $1,630 weekly with opportunities for mileage, hourly, and performance bonuses.
Responsibilities- Operate a dry van trailer carrying freight across the United States.
- Follow all federal, state, and local traffic laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate trip records and load documentation.
- Conduct pre‑trip inspections and complete post‑trip inspections.
- Assist with loading and unloading of freight as needed.
- Mileage pay plus hourly pay while on duty.
- Weekly paychecks and weekly performance pay.
- Sign‑on bonus: $4,000 for experienced drivers, $1,000 for inexperienced drivers, paid over 12 monthly payments.
- Annual bonus: up to 2% of annual gross pay.
- Paid orientation and paid time off after 6 months (6 days of holiday pay per year).
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
