- Card Services & IRA/HSA Support in our Operations Center!

The Member Service Specialist
- Card Services and IRA & HSA Support position performs operational duties across the CORE+ Department. The position shares equally with the other Card Services Specialists in administering the credit union's complete debit and credit card program, which represents most of its workload, and serves as the primary specialist for IRA & HSA administration. The position also actively participates in other deposit and CORE+ programs and provides trained backup coverage for the specialty functions assigned to the Fraud Support and Overdraft Privilege Support specialists.

The CORE+ Department Manager maintains program accountability, subject-matter expertise, and active operational participation across these functions. The manager's participation supplements but does not replace this position's primary, active-participation, or trained backup responsibilities.
