Assistant Manager – Domino’s Pizza

• Lead a shift team, ensuring high service, quality & safety standards.
• Oversee cost controls, inventory, cash control & customer relations.
• Set the example for all, following company policies 100 % of the time.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, paperwork, and training of new & current team members.
• Maintain store cleanliness, marketing, profitability and brand image.
• Assist with delivery operations when required.

• Prior experience in a fast‑food or retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication, math and multitask skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate, follow procedures and maintain high standards.
• Customer‑service oriented, detail‑focused & results‑driven.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and clean driving record (delivery duties).

• Most tasks performed while standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lb, and pushing trays.
• Work performed in a hot environment, exposure to food dust, and occasional exposure to sharp edges/tools.
• Must be able to travel to delivery vehicle and deliver pizzas within a designated area.
