As a Commercial Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing our full range of commercial products, including garage doors and dock equipment.

• Install commercial garage door products and related systems according to manufacturer specifications, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Identify and repair mechanical and electrical failures.
• Perform preventive maintenance services.
• Maintain inventory on company truck and properly use all parts, tools, and equipment.
• Keep accurate documentation of services performed, amounts owed/paid, and outstanding items for job completion.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment at the warehouse and job sites.

• At least 21 years of age.
• 2+ years of experience in garage door service/install or a similar skilled trade.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) for our auto insurance policy.
• Reliable transportation to and from the base office location.

• 5+ years of applicable experience.
• Welding, OSHA 10, first aid, and/or CPR certifications.
