Your profile

We are a group of private dental practices offering exceptional care within a modern, professional environment. As an Apprentice Dental Nurse, you will:

  • Gain hands‑on experience in all aspects of dental nursing and patient care
  • Develop the skills and confidence required to become a qualified Dental Nurse
  • Adhere to all infection prevention, health and safety, and confidentiality procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to the highest standards
  • Assist dentists and hygienists during a variety of dental procedures
  • Ensure all instruments and equipment are cleaned, sterilised, and maintained in accordance with practice protocols
  • Support patients throughout their visit, helping them feel comfortable and reassured
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to grow within the group
  • Participate fully in training and development activities as part of the apprenticeship programme.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast‑paced setting

  • Competence with IT systems and Microsoft Office
  • GCSEs (minimum grade C in English and Maths)
  • Full UK driving licence with flexibility to support other practice locations

Additional strengths we value include healthcare or dental experience, knowledge of GDPR and confidentiality practices, Welsh language skills, and a genuine interest in patient care.
