The Surgery:

Healthy Prestatyn Iach (HPI)

Healthy Prestatyn Iach (HPI) is at the forefront of delivering a social model of care. Supported by a large Multi-Disciplinary team including Nurses, Physiotherapists, Pharmacists and Occupational Therapists to support this innovative and forward thinking approach to patient care.

  • Our Surgery has been established for 9 years, with a multi-disciplinary clinical team delivering high-quality care to Patients. This role is paramount in continuing to develop and shape the service model for the practice.
  • We are at the leading edge of Primary Care developments, with a large MDT focused on delivering the right care at the right time in the right setting.
  • We are a Health Board Managed Practice, with a list size of approximately 20,000 patients.
