In this rewarding role, you will support students by implementing tailored learning plans, facilitating engaging classroom activities, and promoting independence. Your patience, empathy, and creativity will help foster an inclusive environment where every learner feels valued and supported.

The Role:

• Support students with Additional Learning Needs in a classroom setting

• Adapt learning materials to suit individual needs

• Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons

• Promote positive behaviour and help maintain a structured learning environment

• Encourage inclusion and assist students in accessing mainstream education confidently

Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

• Availability full-time, Monday to Friday

• Two professional references covering the last 24 months

• Level 2 or Level 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (desirable)

• A compassionate and proactive approach
