Colleague Superstore

Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour; this increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with flexibility for fewer hours (minimum 12).

We schedule your contracted hours within the availability windows listed below, and you’ll receive 3 weeks’ notice of your exact shifts. We support flexibility and may accept applicants whose availability closely matches but does not exactly match our advertised times.

• Wednesday: 22:00 – 07:00
• Thursday: 22:00 – 07:00
• Friday: 22:00 – 07:00
• Saturday: 22:00 – 07:00

• Knowing your customers and serving them with passion and pride; delivering great natural service.

• Working across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas as required.
