Property Lister – Residential Sales Lister

Connells Group, the Home of Opportunity, is looking for a highly motivated Residential Sales Lister to join our successful Beresford Adams estate agency team in Prestatyn.

On Target Earnings: £35k, Uncapped Commission, Career Progression.

In this role you will: win new instructions, list properties for the market, deliver exceptional customer service, build strong relationships with new and existing clients, both face‑to‑face and over the phone, and maximise opportunities to book appointments for our in‑house Mortgage Advisors.

• Previous estate agency experience (e.g., Lister, Valuer, Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator)
• Confidence in generating new business in a target‑driven environment
• Outstanding customer care and service
• Resilience, positivity, organisational skill, numeracy, and detail‑orientation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• IT literacy (MS Office, internet, and email systems)
• Full UK driving licence
