We’re looking for an experienced Welder to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MIG and flux-core welding, experience reading blueprints and shop drawings, and a commitment to producing precision, high-quality work. This role works closely with our fabrication and quality control teams to ensure every piece that leaves the shop meets our standards of excellence.

Perform MIG and flux-core welding on structural steel and custom components

Interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings accurately

Fit, position, and clamp work pieces together for welding

Inspect and verify completed welds meet company and code specifications

Operate shop tools safely, including grinders, torches, and cutting equipment

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Follow all Pro Steel and OSHA safety procedures

2+ years of welding experience in a fabrication or construction environment (preferred)

Proficiency in MIG and flux-core welding processes

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings

Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

AWS certification(s) a plus
