Clark Wood is delighted to be working with a well-established independent firm of chartered accountants in Preston who are looking to appoint an experienced Accounts Senior to join their growing team.

• Preparation and review of statutory accounts for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders
• Preparation of corporation tax returns and computations
• Reviewing work prepared by junior staff and providing guidance where needed
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, building strong, professional relationships
• Supporting partners and managers with ad-hoc projects and advisory work
• Ensuring work is completed on time and to a high standard, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations

• ACA / ACCA Qualified or QBE with strong experience in practice
• Solid technical knowledge of accounts and basic tax compliance
• Previous experience in reviewing junior team members' work
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple client relationships confidently

• £35,000 – £45,000 depending on qualification and experience
