A growing independent accountancy firm in Preston is looking to appoint an ACA-qualified Senior Practice Accountant paying from £40,000 + Bonus.
Senior Accountant Responsibilities:
- Preparing and reviewing annual accounts for businesses and charities of varying sizes.
- Leading audit assignments and reviewing the work of junior auditors and semi-seniors.
- Preparing monthly and quarterly management accounts for growing clients.
- Preparing complex VAT returns across a range of VAT schemes.
- Producing corporation tax and income tax computations and returns.
- Managing, training and providing constructive feedback to junior members of the team.
Senior Accountant Attributes:
- ACA qualified or holding an equivalent professional accountancy qualification.
- At least three years' experience within an accountancy practice.
