Receptionist ​/ Site Assistant Part Time

Location: Fulwood

We are currently looking for a permanent Site Assistant / Receptionist to join our friendly team at Dunbar Cement Plant. This role is site based 5 days per week, Monday to Friday on a part-time basis of 22 hours per week. We are looking to hear from candidates who could work the following pattern:
Monday 7:45am - 3:45pm, Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 1.00pm - 3:45pm & Friday 7.45am
-3.30pm. Role Responsibility In the role of Site Assistant / Receptionist you will be responsible for:
Being the first point of contact for the site at Dunbar; this will include welcoming visitors and conducting basic checks Ensuring induction for all visitors and compliance with site security procedures General office administration and support for site Supporting with administration of projects and initiatives Organising and supporting the provision of training Providing ad hoc support to the wider site as required Contributing to and supporting the health and safety culture onsite, including being an ambassador Maintenance of records, long-service awards, organising and supporting health surveillance on site.

The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate for the role of Site Assistant / Receptionist will have experience in a similar role as well as experience of:
Excellent IT skills (MS Office) General administration experience Knowledge of a fast-moving working environment Working independently Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
