You don’t need to have done exactly the same job before — we’re interested in finding someone who is willing to learn, takes pride in their work and is comfortable working as part of a team.

What you’ll be doing

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • General office administration and keeping both electronic and paper documents organised.
  • Photocopying, scanning and saving documents into our in-house system.
  • Inputting and updating information accurately.
  • Handling information carefully and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Carrying out other reasonable office duties as required.
About you

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is organised and has good attention to detail.
  • Is comfortable using a computer and is willing to learn new systems.
  • Can follow instructions and complete tasks accurately.
  • Has a friendly and helpful approach.
  • Can work independently while also being part of a team.
  • Is reliable and willing to learn.
  • Has a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel)
  • Has a positive, flexible and professional attitude.
Our commitment to inclusion

We want our workplace to be welcoming and accessible to everyone. We value people for their skills, experience, attitude and potential, and we encourage applications from people of all backgrounds.

If you have a disability, health condition, caring responsibility, neurodivergence or any other circumstance that means you may need adjustments during the recruitment process or in the workplace, please let us know. We will do our best to support you.

We are happy to discuss flexible working, reasonable adjustments or alternative ways of demonstrating your skills, where appropriate.
