Are you an experienced Service Advisor seeking a new challenge within a reputable automotive group in Preston?
Our client, a well-established family-run dealership, is offering an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Service Advisor to join their dedicated aftersales team. This role is perfect for professionals with a proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service and overseeing service operations in a busy dealership environment.
As a Senior Service Advisor, you will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. You will be instrumental in promoting our client’s commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Competitive basic salary up to £30,000, with an achievable OTE of £37,000
- Generous annual leave package, increasing with length of service up to 25 days
- Working hours from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with one Saturday per month

- Process invoices and payments accurately and efficiently as a Senior Service Advisor
- Promote additional services and products to enhance customer experience and increase sales
- Support junior team members and contribute to a positive team environment
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer-focused approach with a professional attitude
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with dealership management systems is desirable
- Full UK driving licence preferred
