Rise Technical is seeking an experienced Service Reception Manager for a busy automotive workshop in Preston. You will own the front-of-house customer journey from booking to handover, coordinating closely with the workshop team to optimise workflow and productivity.
The role requires proven experience at Service Reception Manager or Senior Service Advisor level, with strong automotive knowledge and the ability to deliver from day one. Salary is 39,000 plus pension and holiday.
