We are seeking an experienced HGV Technician for a leading commercial vehicle company in Preston. This is a full-time, permanent position offering excellent career development prospects, a competitive salary package, and comprehensive benefits. The HGV Technician will be integral to maintaining high standards of vehicle service and repair within a modern, well-equipped facility.

Competitive salary package of £50,000 per annum
25 days holiday plus bank holidays; option to purchase additional days

State-of-the-art facilities with six work bays Duties:
Service, maintain, and repair heavy goods vehicles to the highest standards
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults
Prepare vehicles for MOT testing in compliance with regulatory standards
Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the workshop environment
Effectively communicate with team members and management
Keep accurate records of all work carried out and report any additional repairs required
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HGV Technician with a Level 3 qualification (NVQ / City & Guilds or equivalent)
Time-served experience working on large commercial vehicles
Valid full UK driving licence;
Class 1 licence preferred
Ability to work effectively within a team
Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
