Recruitment Operations Professional

As part of the Recruitment Operations Performance Team, reporting to the Recruitment Insights & Reporting Team Leader and working closely with the Business Management and Performance Practitioner this role is responsible for the collation, provision & analysis of data, reporting and insights for the Recruitment Operations Team and the wider business.

This includes:

• The day-to-day maintenance, updating and improving of business-as-usual recruitment reports, such as tracking Supply vs Demand, through data transformation, file management and creative problem solving.
• Coordinate ad-hoc reporting tasks based on end-user requirements to provide stakeholders with key recruitment operational data.
• Assist the team in providing a centralised service for internal delivery streams and business stakeholders.
• Perform peer checks against reports created within the team to help identify and monitor any errors or defects.
• Support the Recruitment Performance Team with document management across our team's shared resource sites, including access control, managing audits and engaging with stakeholders.
• Support the Recruitment Performance Team with managing team dashboards, including access control, improvements to service offerings, and reporting analytics.

The role will work collaboratively with each of the Recruitment Operations Delivery teams to support the key requirements around weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting; collating data by hire types, by business units and by functions.

This data is then used and supplied to various stakeholders which is key to satisfying our stakeholders whilst also maintaining data integrity.
