About the role

This role will provide essential support for the delivery of key strategic software and business change projects. The role will work closely with the project delivery teams, supporting the smooth running of project activities, ensuring effective communication, documentation and task tracking across multiple work streams.

About you

We are seeking a proactive and collaborative individual with experience in team-based administrative or coordination roles. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong planning and prioritisation skills, clear and accurate communication (both written and verbal), and proficiency in Office
365 tools including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint. You should be comfortable working independently, solving routine problems, and applying sound judgement to non-routine issues. A solid understanding of standard administrative systems and procedures is essential, along with a commitment to supporting team development and seeing tasks through to completion. Candidates will have a range of GCSE’s including English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above or the appropriate equivalent experiential learning and ideally have familiarity with Agile methodologies or project management tools (e.g. Smartsheet, Service Now, Azure Dev Ops).

Interviews will take place on the Preston Campus during the week commencing 17th August.
