In this role, you’ll help turn data into meaningful stories, practical recommendations and smarter decisions. You’ll deliver high-quality analysis, reporting and MI to support operational performance, resource planning and strategic decision-making across the business. You’ll use descriptive and diagnostic analysis to understand trends, identify root causes and bring insight to life in a way that helps teams make informed decisions.

As an Insights Analyst, you’ll play a key role in helping us understand performance, identify opportunities for improvement and support evidence-based decision-making. You’ll be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, MI packs and standard operating procedures.
• Carrying out routine and ad-hoc analysis, including customer behaviour, root cause, driver and process analysis.
• Supporting forecasting, performance tracking and variance analysis.
• Transforming raw data into meaningful insight, with clear recommendations and consideration of risk and reward.
• Contributing to data quality, governance and the consistent use of analytical standards.
• Supporting opportunities to automate reporting and improve existing processes.
• Working with Planning, Operations and other cross-functional teams to understand business questions and provide useful insight

We’re looking for someone with experience in analytics, reporting or business intelligence, ideally within an operational or service-led environment. You’ll be confident working with data, building dashboards or MI packs, and using tools such as SQL and Power BI to create insight that helps others make better decisions. You’ll also bring:

• Experience in analytics, reporting or business intelligence, ideally with 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience.
• Hands‑on experience building dashboards, MI packs and maintaining reporting processes.
• Working knowledge of SQL and BI tools, such as Power BI.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to carry out descriptive and diagnostic analysis.
