Silver Arrow is seeking an experienced HGV Workshop Shift Supervisor in Preston to lead a team of technicians and apprentices on 4 on 4 off shifts. You will ensure timely job card processing, high quality work, and strict health and safety compliance, while serving as the main link between management and the workshop, and supporting training and development.
Required is Level 3 City & Guilds in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, plus proven leadership in a workshop setting.
