, to start developing a valuable range of skills that could ultimately take you anywhere in Consulting. Every organisation needs confidence in its finances. Confidence that today’s picture is accurate, reporting meets the right standards, and the business is ready for what comes next. But numbers are only the beginning. You’ll spend five days a week in the office or with clients because that’s where real consulting happens, working experienced colleagues who’ll support you, challenge you and help you build confidence as you go.

• Preparing statutory financial statements and supporting financial reporting and compliance activities.
• Turning financial information into meaningful insight that helps clients make confident decisions.
• Meeting people at every level of an organisation, from frontline teams to senior leadership.
• Conducting interviews, reviewing documents, analysing data and testing how organisations manage risk.
• Taking part in the full audit and assurance lifecycle, from planning through to report writing and presenting findings.
• Delivering practical recommendations that help organisations strengthen the way they work.

You don’t need experience, you don’t need to know exactly where your career is heading and you definitely don’t need all the answers. We’re looking for people who are curious, aren’t afraid to ask questions, who want to get involved and who enjoy working with others. To be considered,you’ll need to have:

• A minimum of 112 UCAS points across three A levels (or equivalent level 3 qualification) or 104 UCAS points across four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or an Irish Leaving Certificate (higher level)
• An existingpermanent rightto live and work in the UK for this role.
• A willingness to travel to client sites and other offices as required.

RSM does not accept General Studies, AS levels or the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ).
