We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join a leading house building team in Preston.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and deliver the full commercial function of projects from inception to completion
- Prepare cost plans, estimates, and budgets for residential developments
- Conduct tender analysis and manage subcontractor agreements
- Monitor project costs and provide regular reporting to senior management
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
- Proven experience as a Senior QS within house building or residential construction
- Strong knowledge of commercial and contractual processes
- Proficient in cost management software and MS Office
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Degree or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or related field
