Overview
A close-knit Construction Consultancy is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to help with their increased workload in Preston.
Responsibilities- Join a small, collaborative team delivering industrial and residential projects across the Northwest of England.
- Act as Employer's Agent, representing the client to administer contracts, manage project delivery, and ensure contractual obligations are met from inception through to completion.
- Working towards APC completion.
- Experience with in a PQS / Construction Consultancy.
- Ideally prior Employer's Agent experience.
- Strong communicator within a small team environment.
- Commutable to Preston.
- £35,000 - £45,000
