Building Careers UK is assisting with the recruitment of an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor for a private house builder in the Preston area. You will assist the commercial team on multiple residential developments from procurement through final accounts.
The role requires experience in residential house building, strong cost management skills, and the ability to manage CVRs, valuations and final accounts. A full UK driving licence is essential.
