Pre Construction Project Manager

A leading construction contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality projects across multiple sectors is seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Project Manager to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional with a strong site or project management background who is looking to move further into a pre-construction-focused position, or for an established pre-construction professional looking to take ownership of larger and more complex tenders.

Reporting into the Pre-Construction Manager, you will play a key role in managing tender opportunities from initial review through to submission and handover. You will work closely with estimating, planning, design teams, consultants, and supply chain partners to develop successful bids across projects up to £20m in value.

The successful candidate will bring practical construction knowledge, strong technical understanding, and the ability to influence and coordinate teams to deliver high-quality, commercially competitive tender submissions.
