Quantity Surveyor

We are recruiting a Quantity Surveyor with experience in fast-track fit-out projects, ideally within the hospitality sector. Responsibilities include cost management, procurement, subcontractor accounts, valuations, and final accounts. Candidates should have strong fit-out experience, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with CostX, Con Quest, or similar software is advantageous
