This Building Surveyor role is vital in delivering building design, contractual, and communication solutions across various projects. The contract is set for 2 weeks, with an hourly pay rate of £36 (Ltd). The successful candidate will be based primarily at our North Area Office in North our client, although some travel to other locations may be required.

• Conduct building surveys and inspections efficiently and accurately
• Assist with building design and renovation projects
• Manage contractual documentation and liaise with stakeholders effectively
• Use AutoCAD for drawing and design work
• Communicate clearly with clients, contractors, and team members
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Contribute to project delivery within set deadlines

• Proven experience as a Building Surveyor
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and building design
• Strong contractual and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel within the North our client area and beyond if needed
