Duties:

Handling inbound Aftersales calls with professionalism and confidence
Providing expert advice and support to customers, resolving queries efficiently
Managing customer enquiries by guiding them through appropriate processes
Scheduling appointments for the Aftersales team
Building strong, positive relationships with colleagues and customers
Handling objections and managing customer expectations effectively
Ensuring each interaction leaves a positive impression and customer satisfaction is prioritised
Supporting the team to deliver outstanding service at all times

Requirements:

Exceptional communication skills and a professional telephone manner
Strong listening skills and a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service
Ability to prioritise tasks and perform effectively under pressure
Experience in telephone or face-to-face customer contact preferred
Knowledge of what makes customers feel valued and welcomed
Understanding of car sales or aftersales is advantageous but not essential, as full training is provided
